One of the best parts about planning a session is finding a location that matches the vision we're trying to create.
Urban Studios is located in Springfield, MO, about an hour from the Joplin area, making it a great option when we want something different from the locations available closer to home.

They Help With the Studio Setup
Something that really stood out during my branding session at Urban Studios was having a studio assistant there throughout our time.
Instead of having to figure out the studio completely on our own, we had someone available who knew the space and could help us get everything ready.
When we wanted a particular backdrop, the assistant helped set it up for us. That allowed us to spend less time worrying about moving and setting up equipment and more time actually photographing.
For a branding session, where we're often trying to create several different looks, that extra help can make the session flow so much better.

You don't need modeling experience to book a branding session.
If your first thought is, "I have no idea what I'm supposed to do in front of a camera," that's completely okay.
I'll guide you through posing, expressions, and movement throughout your session. We'll also work through different ideas so you have a variety of photographs instead of an entire gallery that looks like the same headshot over and over again.
The goal is for your branding photos to look professional while still feeling like you.
